Kenya Mission Team August 2010
Foreign Mission Projects
Our church has a strong history of doing missions! We have many people who feel led to go to other parts of the world to share the word of God to unbelievers and to encourage new and mature Christians. At this time we have 1 to 2 international opportunities each year. In the future, we hope to have more opportunities a year. The goals of this mission are to spread God's word world-wide and to expose participants to other cultures and worship styles. Time commitment: one to two weeks (varies depending on the trip site and participant's schedules).

Family Mission Trips
This is an annual event for the members of FBC. It usually takes place the third week in June. Projects depend on the site of the trip. The location is announced yearly. Folks going on this trip usually stay at campsites or hotels and travel to the work site each morning. Entire families are urged to attend. There is something for everyone! Childcare is provided by those on the trip. Meals are provided.
