YOUTH MISSIONS
Acteens
On Wednesday nights our young ladies in 6th through 12th grade participate in Acteens. They are divided into two groups and have mini-lessons about teenage life from a curriculum their teacher chooses. They also are involved in mission work by visiting nursing homes, creating church bulletin boards, and writing notes of appreciation to church staff and church members who volunteer their time for service. During the year they have an opportunity to earn a tiara (first year), cross necklace, charm bracelet, scepter, or Bible cover based on their projects completed and attendance.

Challengers
On Wednesday nights our young men in 6th through 12th grade participate in Challengers. Weekly lessons include a Bible study with prayer time and then a recreation time at the very end. They also schedule mission projects in the community like Saturday afternoon yard work.

Carpenters for Christ is an excellent opportunity for our youth in the Alpha team to participate in a local mission project. During the third week of July, youth and adults from our church and community work on pre-selected homes in Laurens County and are able to witness to individuals in our area through physical work.
